- Technical data: Basic device/browser data and anonymous preferences stored locally (localStorage), such as your language choice on this device.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. We do not collect, store, or process your card details. Creem may share order and transaction references with us so we can grant Premium access.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service (saving sheets, collections, Premium status).
- To enforce free-tier limits and grant Premium benefits.
- To communicate with you (for example, to respond to support emails).
- To improve the Service.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service: Google (authentication), Supabase (database), Creem (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider processes data under its own terms and only as needed to provide its service.

- Sheets and collections: You can delete them at any time from the Service.
- Account deletion: To delete your account and associated data, email us at support@chinese-handwriting.com.
- Purchase records: We keep records of purchases as required for tax and accounting purposes.

We use minimal local storage (no third-party advertising cookies) for language preference and anonymous print counting. You can clear this data from your browser at any time.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
